Q: How are the investment properties on this site different from those I can find on the MLS?

A: The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. The houses and rental properties you’ll find on our Buyers List are ones that will never be on the MLS due to the distressed nature of the property or the homeowner’s unique situation. For many of these people, working with a traditional real estate agent to find a buyer is out of their reach either due to the cost of making a property “market-ready” or because the house is already in foreclosure and a real estate agent refuses to work with them. But we are there to assist homeowners stuck in any situation. We will either buy the house directly from them at a discount or help them connect to the right investor so they can sell that unwanted house fast and walk away.

Q: How often do you add new investment properties to the site and Preferred Buyers List?

A: We are constantly sourcing new investment properties and, as new ones become available, we add them to the site weekly (if not daily!). Because our properties are first come, first serve, you will want to check back often. Investment properties are priced way below market value and tend to sell very quickly.

Q: How do I make an offer on a property on your Buyers List?

A: We make buying a property simple! Reach out through our contact us page. Once you connect with us about the property or rental in you want to purchase, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property.

Q: Can I use traditional bank financing to buy these investment properties?

A: Most of our work is with investors looking for investment properties or rental properties that are for sale now. They have cash in their hands and want a quick sale so that they can add the property to their portfolio and start getting passive income. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly, we will consider all offers.
